Η CMT Prooptiki ενισχύει την ομάδα συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών στον δημόσιο τομέα και αναζητά Junior/Medium Level Consultant – Government & Public Sector για πλήρη απασχόληση, με αντικείμενο τη διαχείριση έργων και την παρακολούθηση δημόσιων πολιτικών.

Ο/Η νέος/α συνεργάτης/ιδα θα υποστηρίζει τη διαχείριση έργων του δημόσιου τομέα και θα συνεισφέρει στην παροχή συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών συμμετέχοντας στις διαδικασίες υλοποίησης. Θα συνεργάζεται με τους πελάτες μας για να τους βοηθάει στην επίλυση προκλήσεων ή/και προβλημάτων  που αντιμετωπίζουν και θα παρέχει δημιουργικές αλλά και πρακτικές συμβουλές για τις καθημερινές τους δραστηριότητες.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

Υποστήριξη έργων συμβουλευτικής

  • Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση και διαχείριση έργων συμβουλευτικής για τον δημόσιο τομέα σε διάφορους τομείς που σχετίζονται με συγχρηματοδοτούμενα έργα και προγράμματα, χάραξη πολιτικής, μεταρρυθμίσεις στη δημόσια διοίκηση, έργα και προγράμματα που χρηματοδοτούνται από την ΕΕ.
  • Παρακολούθηση της προόδου έργων, σύνταξη αναφορών και υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και παραδοτέων.
  • Συνεισφορά στη σύνταξη τεχνικών κειμένων, reports και παρουσιάσεων που υποστηρίζουν έργα και δράσεις της εταιρείας.

Υποστήριξη προσφορών και δημόσιων συμβάσεων

  • Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη προσφορών για δημόσιες συμβάσεις (Ν. 4412/2016).
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία υποβολής και παρακολούθησης διαγωνισμών, καθώς και στην προετοιμασία συμβάσεων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε οικονομικά, διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, κοινωνικές ή πολιτικές επιστήμες, ή άλλο συναφές πεδίο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Δεξιότητες συγγραφής και επιμέλειας κειμένων.
  • Εκπλήρωση στρατιωτικών υποχρεώσεων, όπου απαιτείται.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος (ολοκληρωμένος ή σε εξέλιξη) σε Δημόσια Διοίκηση, Ευρωπαϊκές Σπουδές, Διοίκηση Έργων ή άλλο συναφές πεδίο.
  • Εμπειρία (2-5 έτη) σε υποστήριξη διαχείρισης έργων, μελετών ή δράσεων στον δημόσιο τομέα.
  • Εμπειρία με ευρωπαϊκά ή εθνικά χρηματοδοτικά εργαλεία (ΕΠΑ, ΕΣΠΑ, TAA).
  • Εξοικείωση στη χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων διαχείρισης έργων (ΟΠΣ, e-ΠΔΕ)
  • Κατανόηση του κανονιστικού πλαισίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων και προμηθειών (Ν. 4412/2016 & τροποποιήσεις του).
