EU Project Manager

EUROTRAINING, a leading educational organization, is seeking an experieced and motivated Senior EU Projects Manager to join our European Projects Team. The appropriate candidate will play a key role in supervision, coordination, and successful implementation of large-scale projects funded by the European Union. The role involves occasional travel abroad for project meeting and partnership collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation team for EU-funded projects.
- Supervision of Erasmus+, Interreg, EuropeAid, Eni CBCMED, Horizon, CERV, AMIF etc.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with EU requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the PR Networking department, which coordinates the preparation and submission of new proposals for EU funding.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Business Economics or Public Policy.
- At least 5 years fo experience in EU-funded projects management and implementation.
- Good knowledge and understanding of EU procedures, project design and management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor teams.
