EUROTRAINING, a leading educational organization, is seeking an experieced and motivated Senior EU Projects Manager to join our European Projects Team. The appropriate candidate will play a key role in supervision, coordination, and successful implementation of large-scale projects funded by the European Union. The role involves occasional travel abroad for project meeting and partnership collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation team for EU-funded projects.
  • Supervision of Erasmus+, Interreg, EuropeAid, Eni CBCMED, Horizon, CERV, AMIF etc.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with EU requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR Networking department, which coordinates the preparation and submission of new proposals for EU funding.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Business Economics or Public Policy.
  • At least 5 years fo experience in EU-funded projects management and implementation.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of EU procedures, project design and management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor teams.
