Electrician Pharmaceutical Production

(ELEC_ANΘ_2025)

Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι μέλος της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας υποστηρίζοντας βλάβες, διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες ηλεκτρολογικής συντήρησης μηχανών Παραγωγής / Συσκευασίας Φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων και Utilities. Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Facilities Maintenance Manager.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συμμετέχει στην Προληπτική συντήρηση / αναβάθμιση / βελτίωση στα μηχανήματα συσκευασίας, συμπίεσης (Compressing), επικάλυψης (coating), Παραγωγής και Utilities

  • Παρεμβαίνει άμεσα στις καθημερινές δυσλειτουργίες – βλάβες των ηλεκτρολογικών εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου και τις επισκευάζει (Root Cause Analysis) με τρόπο που αποκαθιστά την αποτελεσματική και ασφαλή λειτουργία τους

  • Συνεργάζεται με τους Μηχανικούς της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας σε σχέση με τις εργασίες που πρέπει να εκτελεστούν

  • Δυνατότητα σχεδίασης και κατασκευής νέων συστημάτων, φιλικών προς τον χρήστη, με αντίστοιχη δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης προτείνοντας τρόπους εκσυγχρονισμού ηλεκτρικών και ηλεκτρονικών εγκαταστάσεων (CAPA -Corrective Action Preventive Action)

  • Παρακολουθεί την απογραφή του ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού

  • Συνεργάζεται με τις υπεύθυνες ομάδες Παραγωγής και Συσκευασίας

  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθαριότητα των ηλεκτρολογικών πινάκων, του υποσταθμού καθώς και όλων των ηλεκτρικών – ηλεκτρονικών εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου.

  • Συμπληρώνει αναλυτικά τα απαραίτητα έντυπα τεκμηρίωσης της εργασίας που υλοποιεί (Logbook μηχανών) και στα έντυπα Προληπτικής Συντήρησης.

  • Συμπληρώνει τις εργασίες αποκατάστασης βλαβών μηχανών και προληπτικών συντηρήσεων στο πρόγραμμα ERP της Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας (Coswin)

  • Ακολουθεί και συμμορφώνεται με τις καλές πρακτικές (GxP), το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας, τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις, τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες, τις εταιρικές κατευθύνσεις, τον κώδικα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης , τις διαδικασίες και καλές πρακτικές Υγιεινής Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (EHS) και κάθε κανόνα και πολιτική της εταιρείας, και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε προτάσεις για τη βελτίωσή τους.

  • Διασφαλίζει και προστατεύει σε κάθε ενέργεια την ακεραιότητα δεδομένων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Σχολής ( ΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρολογίας)

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 - 5 χρόνια εμπειρία στη βιομηχανία

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον Φαρμακευτικό κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί προσόν

  • Γνώση Αγγλικών, Γνώση MS Office, χρήση Υπολογιστή

  • Γνώση PLC, INVERTER και αυτοματισμού

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και πνεύμα συνεργασίας

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε CMMS ιδανικά Coswin/Nomad θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα

  • Η εξοικείωση με τους κανόνες GMP αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα
