Gerolymatos International AEBE is looking for a Production Planner for the company's production unit in Acharnes, who will be responsible for the planning and execution of optimal production, reporting to the Production Manager of the factory. The position concerns a pregnancy replacement.
Position Requirements
- University or College Degree in a related field (Science/Engineering/Logistics/Operation Management/Supply Chain)
- At least (3) years of work experience as a Production Planner / Administrator or in a similar Production organization and support position, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent use of ERP and MS Office systems.
- Structured and analytical way of thinking
- Team spirit
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Manages all planning inputs: Orders, forecasts, inventories of finished products and materials / raw materials, dates and quantities of materials / raw materials delivery
- It develops, monitors and reshapes the production schedule with the aim of optimally responding to orders and minimizing losses in available resources.
- Uses ERP and related programming software to support work tasks. Uses specialized customer platforms.
- Issues daily production orders according to planning.
- Prepares material/raw material needs so that orders are placed at the correct time and quantities. Monitors the delivery of orders.
- Identifies current and potential shortages, develops plans to resolve problems related to late shipments, material shortages, program changes and submits them to the Production Manager.
- Informs sales departments about the readiness of orders, creates packing lists and draws up the weekly loading schedule.
