Role overview

You will own the monthly social/content program for select clients: develop content pillars and calendars, craft on-brand copy for posts/reels/stories/ads, and occasionally creative or SEO-led copy for
landing pages, blog posts, and campaigns
. You'll coordinate with design, ensure timely delivery, and work closely with our Performance team to make data-led decisions for next month's recommendations and tests.

What you'll do

  • Translate brand goals into
    content pillars
    and a clear
    monthly calendar
    across platforms
  • Write scroll-stopping copy: captions, hooks, CTAs, short-form scripts – plus creative and SEO-aware copy where needed (landing pages, blogs, campaigns, microcopy).
  • Brief & coordinate
    with designers; manage feedback and approvals.
  • Performance alignment:
    review reports and insights, propose actions/tests, and iterate plans accordingly.
  • Research
    suitable creators/influencers and present go/no-go recommendations.
  • Campaign ideation:
    propose smart concepts that can translate to results—and awards..
  • Oversee scheduling/QA, UTM discipline, and community guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in social/content management; luxury/premium exposure is a plus.
  • Bilingual
    Greek & English
    with strong copywriting and tone-of-voice control.
  • Comfortable with platform analytics, GA4, able to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills; organized and deadline-reliable.
  • Nice to have: short-form storyboarding, creator brief writing, paid-social creative basics.
