What's the role about...

Logistics Operations:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment activities in close alignment with our logistics partners.
• Manage domestic and international shipments between warehouses and customers, ensuring high service standards and alignment with customer requirements.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Customer Success and Sales, handling escalations such as address corrections, priority shipments, cancellations, and self-pickup requests.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics, shipping, and customs issues.
• Drive effective collaboration and communication between Supply Chain, Customer Success, and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery to the end customer.

Transportation & Incoming Deliveries:

• Oversee the processing and registration of weekly inbound deliveries from production partners to the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate Finished Goods Inventory levels through timely and precise stock updates.
• Oversee and handle the transportation of materials from suppliers to our warehouses, ensuring timely deliveries that keep our production schedule on track.

Operations and Workflow Optimization:

• Actively participate in and help lead the development and implementation of logistics strategies, processes, and policies across Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Sales (e.g., optimizing Shopify, Webshipper workflows, Shipping rates and pricing approach).
• Maintain and improve daily operational metrics to support department-wide reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to reduce transit times, strengthen reliability, and elevate the overall logistics performance.

• A strong team player with outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Able to bring forward new ideas and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Experienced, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in previous logistics roles.
• Confident taking initiative and independently leading logistics-related projects within the Supply Chain department.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We will be thrilled if you have the knowledge of one of these...

• Working in logistics roles involving WMS systems, Webshipper, and/or Shopify.
• Managing 3PL relationships and handling global hardware logistics for B2B and B2C customers.
• Holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Logistics, Transport Operations, Import-Export, Supply Chain, or Customs Regulations.
• Have completed a training in Dangerous Goods Regulations and are familiar with IATA restrictions
