Prasino Ladi collects approximately 25,000 tons of used oils annually, which are currently recycled and used for the production of green fuel with a low environmental footprint.

Starting with the role:

Currently we are seeking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team in Thessaloniki and to be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy in the area.

During your day you will:

  • Maintain and manage existing HORECA customer portfolio through building personal relationships (update offers, resolve issues and address needs)
  • Develop new HORECA clientele through identifying prospects.
  • Present and negotiate offers while collecting service specifications, placing collection barrels and completing contract and sustainability documentation.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and service terms based on the size and characteristics of each business.
  • Monitor the performance of assigned HORECA clients.
  • Propose actions to improve cooperation and collection volume.
  • Perform continuous field research and market intelligence gathering on prices, competition and new opportunities.

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or other related field
  • Master's degree in related fields will be considered an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organization and time management
  • Customer-oriented mindset
