Join our team and help bring our Loyalty strategy to life You will be supporting the development and execution of our Loyalty program's tactical plan, playing a key role in turning strategy into action, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement through data-driven improvements.

Your day to day will include:


• Supporting the design and implementation of the Loyalty program's tactical plan overarching all OPAP games and services


• Monitoring the loyalty landscape and collaborating with product & CRM teams to strengthen knowledge on market trends and customer needs


• Providing business specifications, overseeing feature development, and participating in testing to ensure smooth rollouts and positive user experiences


• Supporting the loyalty program's communication plan, working closely with the Regulatory department on HGC submissions and collaborating with all OPAP teams for its best possible execution


• Managing partnerships with external stakeholders, including cooperation on customer benefits and/or prizes, and contract renewals


• Running all operations related to the loyalty program, such as draws, configuration updates, and reward vouchers stock management


• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the loyalty KPIs & OPEX to identify areas of concern and strength


• Supporting the achievement of alignment with Sales, Comms and Product owners on "go to market" activities of the loyalty programs

What you need to succeed:


• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field


• 5+ years of experience in similar role around online loyalty programs


• Proven track of record in designing, developing and managing loyalty programs


• Results driven and self-motivated with passion, energy and a positive attitude


• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and under strict deadlines


• Team player with strong collaboration skills
