Αs a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist, you will work closely with senior leadership, media partners and PR agencies to deliver storytelling that reflects our brand values, business priorities and innovation-driven culture.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design and execution of external communication and PR strategies in Greece and across key markets, aligned with Novibet's corporate objectives
  • Manage external PR agencies and collaborate with cross-market teams to implement integrated, 360° communication campaigns
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national and international media, proactively securing high-value placements
  • Oversee corporate participation in major industry events, conferences, expos and award submissions, ensuring consistent brand representation
  • Monitor public sentiment, industry trends and media coverage, provide analysis and recommendations to the leadership team
  • Support the development of crisis communication strategies and ensure preparedness across business units
  • Contribute to content development for corporate channels, press materials, thought leadership pieces, and CSR-related initiatives
  • Prepare senior executives for key media opportunities

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or α related field
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably in highly regulated sectors such as gaming, tech, or entertainment
  • Proven track record in cross-border communications, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse markets and audiences
  • Strong media relations experience at national and international level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders within a matrix structure
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and content editing skills in both Greek and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
  • Crisis communication experience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with strategic clarity
