Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων στην προετοιμασία προσφορών και παραγγελιών.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για πληροφορίες, διαθεσιμότητες και επιβεβαίωση παραδόσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση εμπορικών συμφωνιών, τιμολογίων και εκκρεμοτήτων.
  • Καταχώριση στοιχείων στο ERP / CRM και τήρηση αρχείων πελατών.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα αποθήκης, προμηθειών και λογιστηρίου για την ομαλή ροή παραγγελιών.
  • Υποστήριξη σε διαδικασίες διαγωνισμών και προετοιμασία προσφορών όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 1–3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Sales Support, Customer Service, Τιμολόγηση ή Διαγωνισμοί).
  • Άριστη γνώση
    MS Office (ιδίως Excel, Word)
    .
  • Εξοικείωση με
    ERP συστήματα
    (π.χ. SoftOne, Entersoft ή άλλο).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση
    ελληνικών και αγγλικών
    .
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, συνεργασίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε βιομηχανικό, εμπορικό ή τεχνικό περιβάλλον.
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών διαγωνισμών (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ ή ιδιωτικοί).
  • Γνώση CRM εργαλείων και reporting.
