Position

On behalf of our client, a leading energy group, we are seeking a
Fuel Logistics & Operations Support Employee (Back Office)
for the
Fuel Installation in Aspropyrgos
.

As a member of the logistics operations team, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and documenting fuel distribution processes, ensuring accurate issuance and verification of delivery documents while maintaining the company's quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and input them into the company's information system.
• Organize and schedule fuel deliveries based on orders, customer requests, and tanker availability, optimizing resource use and minimizing transportation costs.
• Provide drivers with delivery schedules and the corresponding documentation, seals, and samples.
• Check and ensure the accuracy of all documents (invoices, delivery notes) against customer orders.
• Issue manual documents when automatic generation through SAP is not possible.
• Process debit/credit notes for product returns or delivery redirections.
• Collect, verify, and archive all transport-related documents and forward them to the accounting department.
• Monitor stock levels of seals, samples, and other operational forms.
• Maintain and update the tanker truck database.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Credit Control, Sales, and Site Management) to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration
  .
• Very good knowledge of
  SAP
  and
  MS Office
  .
• 1–3 years of experience
  in a similar role (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross monthly salary:
  €1,300 – €1,400 (depending on experience).
• Full-time employment:
  8-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday (day off within the week) with rotating schedule between
  05:00–20:00
  .
