Your Role:
For our Operations team, we are looking for a
Sourcing Associate
to manage all vehicle sourcing, deliveries, and inspections. This role ensures that every vehicle we acquire or receive is checked, documented, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Perform vehicle receptions at our Aspropyrgos location.
• Carry out off-site receptions when necessary, including checking vehicles before they are transported to Aspropyrgos.
• Manage intra-location transfers.
• Record full vehicle characteristics and condition upon reception, noting any discrepancies.
• Verify all vehicle details and ensure findings are accurately documented and signed off.
• Work closely with team members to improve processes and minimize turnaround times

Requirements

• Previous experience in vehicle inspection, fleet operations, logistics, or sourcing is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in vehicle condition.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek (required) and English (preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to perform off-site visits and coordinate with multiple locations.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to operational needs.
• A valid driver's license is required
