The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor is searching for a Regional Sales Specialist, with strong customer service mindset to join our dynamic Domestic Commercial Department at Aspropyrgos.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer orders via phone and email.
Enter orders into the ERP system (SAP) and monitor stock levels in both customer and warehouse inventories.
Issue invoices, track customer account balances, and coordinate payment collections.
Ensure compliance with the company's commercial and credit policies.
Communicate with existing customers to provide sales support and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Offer technical and commercial information regarding the company's products.

Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good command of the English language.
Excellent PC skills (MS Office).
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Team-oriented
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within an industrial or technical environment will be considered a plus.
Experience with ERP system, particularly SAP, will be considered an asset.
