Ferry Ticket Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for B2B booking and selling ferry tickets, ensuring seamless travel solutions for passengers and vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven sales experience:
    You're natural at identifying client needs and closing deals.
  • Customer service excellence:
    You're committed to providing outstanding support and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Greek:
    You can clearly and effectively convey information to a diverse client base. Command of Italian or German will be an additional asset.
  • Attention to detail:
    Accuracy is key when handling bookings and payments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
    You're a self-starter who also collaborates effectively.
  • Experience in a travel agency is a significant plus
