We are currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join Biosupplies's Finance team in Athens.

The role refers to the Group Accounting Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, including accurate posting of journal entries (mainly expenses and fixed asset)
  • Issuance of invoices and related documents (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Triangular Transactions, Receipts, Returns, etc.)
  • Monthly suppliers reconciliation
  • My Data Agreement

Candidate's Profile

  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills
  • Independent thinker with a growing mindset
  • Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate accounting processes and systems
Requirements
  • Βachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years hands on experience on ERP Entersoft Software
  • Very Good written & verbal command of the English language
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
