Your main responsibility

  • Governance Policy Development:
    Create and enforce governance policies for master data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across platforms.
  • Data Cleansing and De-duplication:
    Lead efforts to clean, standardize, and deduplicate data to maintain a reliable and unified data repository.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) Oversight:
    Act as the primary point of contact for WMS management, overseeing configuration, user access, and system integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Collaboration with IT for Enhancements:
    Work closely with IT teams to develop, implement, and improve system features and integrations to support operational needs.
  • Data Quality Monitoring and Resolution:
    Conduct routine checks to ensure data quality, address identified issues promptly, and apply hotfixes as needed using appropriate tools.
  • Training and Process Improvement:
    Provide training and guidance on data structure and WMS functionalities, identify areas for process improvement, and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in ERP and WMS systems, including data management, configuration, and optimization, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of information across diverse operational workflows.
  • Ability to come up with automation strategies for streamlining data processing workflows, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy in handling everyday tasks.
  • Expertise in analyzing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure seamless integration with WMS protocols, emphasizing a thorough understanding of storekeepers' on-the-ground tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in support roles, such as providing guidance and resolving issues in WMS or similar systems, is considered a plus.
