Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece SaniIkos Group Full time €180,000 - €240,000 per year

Who do you want to become?

Are you our Future Leader? Are you ready to realize your potential? Are you searching for a real purpose and not "just another job"?

At the Sani/Ikos Group we take hospitality very seriously. As we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World's Leading Family & Beach Resort.

Whether you're looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you.

Your main responsibility:

  • Provide on-site warehouse support across locations (approx. 30% travel), ensuring adherence to Group SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, returns, waste management, and BOH flows.
  • Lead WMS-related activities, including configuration, testing, rollout of new modules, and serving as the key point of contact for issues alongside Central Warehousing, Master Data, and IT.
  • Train, guide, and monitor local teams on demand planning, re-ordering processes, inventory management, and overall operational accuracy, proposing process improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with Master Data & Procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, while assessing warehouse capacity, layout, and storage utilization and recommending improvements for new openings or upgrades.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, support periodic physical counts, ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO, hygiene and audit standards (ISO, HACCP), and contribute to the development of KPI and performance reporting.
  • Support warehouse managers in people-related matters (hiring, training, team development) while driving continuous improvement initiatives and integrating new technologies and best practices across warehouse operations.

Your main qualifications/skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality and multi-site warehousing experience considered an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel, with solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of LEAN principles, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability in internal and external relationship management, with strong communication and training skills for supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking, and decision-making abilities, capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; fluent in English.

What to expect from us?

  • Becoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.
  • Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.
  • Certainly not "just another job", but a place where people connect for life, and the work that they do means so much to both guests and colleagues alike.
  • Job safety and security in a continuously expanding and dynamic organization.
  • Competitive remuneration package.
