GELASAKIS GROUP OF COMPANIES/LET's DRIVE Rent a Car is seeking for a Fleet Manager, based in Athens/Piraeus

Role

  • Negotiate supply agreements for all aspects of fleet maintenance, including supply terms for: Vehicle parts, Tires, Bodyshop/repairers, Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Insurance contracts.
  • Develop, monitor, and control fleet maintenance budgets and strategies.
  • Maintain and improve supplier relationships.
  • Maintain a level of commercial awareness of the activities of suppliers and competitors.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance/servicing schedules and costs are met in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure fleet maintenance costs are kept to a minimum and develop ongoing cost-saving measures.
  • Monitor industry developments, research new products, and prepare recommendations on opportunities with full cost/benefit analysis.
  • Provide high-level communication, reporting, and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (technical background).
  • Experience of minimum 3 years in a relevant position.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication,negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Data processing & programming skills.
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
