Role

  • Reports to the CEO/General Manager
  • Supervision of daily business operations and processes


• Implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity


• Monitoring of stations and personnel: Ensuring adherence to schedules, shifts, and leave requests


• Staff recruitment and collaboration with other executives for human resource management in all regions


• Guiding and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational goals

More specifically:

Regarding New Fleet Vehicles


• Adding new vehicles to the fleet
• Market research based on vehicle type, category, and price


• Collaboration with suppliers and finding new ones for optimal company performance


• Price comparison and cost analysis based on vehicle type and the needs of each station

Regarding Fleet Sales


• Seeking new partnerships for optimal company performance in the sales segment


• Negotiating for the best possible selling price based on market criteria


• Selecting vehicles for sale from the existing fleet


• Monitoring the transfer process

Regarding Stations (27)


• Organizing fleet maintenance per station and ensuring proper storage in private spaces


• Monitoring the availability and activities of each vehicle per station


• Vehicle movement between stations based on needs and availability


• Monitoring and directing monthly station expense reports


• Monitoring station vehicle cleaning based on contracts


• Sales processes and strategic planning based on competition


• Establishing counter sales targets and ensuring these targets to be achieved
