Únete a nuestro equipo de Domino's Pizza, con 12 meses de experiencia Buscamos un Gerente de Tienda dinámico y responsable para liderar nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Control de los procedimientos de la empresa para garantizar la calidad del producto, el correcto funcionamiento, la seguridad y el mantenimiento del espacio.
  • Garantizar un servicio al cliente de calidad.
  • Participación en la producción durante las horas pico.
  • Responsabilidad por pedidos de productos y materias primas.
  • Integración y formación de nuevas incorporaciones.
  • Gestión de recursos humanos a nivel de tienda.
  • Monitoreo del desempeño y productividad del personal.
  • Monitoreo de los indicadores financieros de la tienda.
  • Alcanzar metas financieras.
  • Garantizar los niveles deseados de limpieza y el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad.
