Αναζητούμε έναν Sous Chef με πάθος για τη μαγειρική, ομαδικό πνεύμα και διάθεση για εξέλιξη, για πλήρη απασχόληση στο κατάστημά μας στην Αθήνα.

Καθήκοντα / Αρμοδιότητες

  • Πλήρης γνώση όλων των σταθμών της κουζίνας και των πιάτων του μενού.
  • Διασφάλιση της άριστης ποιότητας προετοιμασίας, εκτέλεσης.
  • Υποστήριξη και συνεργασία με τον R&D Chef για την ομαλή λειτουργία της κουζίνας.
  • Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού στους σταθμούς και στις διαδικασίες.
  • Συνεχής τήρηση των συνταγών και των προτύπων ποιότητας της εταιρείας.
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία νέων πιάτων και εποχιακών specials.
  • Διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
  • Συμμετοχή σε καθημερινό και εβδομαδιαίο καθαρισμό του εξοπλισμού και των χώρων.
  • Εκπροσώπηση του ONE BURGER σε τοπικές γαστρονομικές εκδηλώσεις ή συνεργασίες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (Sous Chef ή Α' Μάγειρα).
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών παραγωγής, food cost και standards κουζίνας.
  • Πάθος για τη γαστρονομία και επιθυμία για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με την ομάδα.
  • Γνώση αγγλικών (επιθυμητή).
