Job Opportunity — Chef de Cuisine (Buffet Experience)

Restaurant: Cosmos

Location: Elounda Collection, Crete, Greece

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team for the launch of our new restaurant "Cosmos" at the prestigious Elounda Collection.

Profile

• Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous-Chef in luxury resorts or high-end restaurants.

• Strong buffet and live-cooking background (breakfast, lunch, and dinner service).

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage kitchen operations, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and lead a multicultural team.

• Passion for Mediterranean and international cuisine, with a creative and modern touch.

• Fluent in English (Greek or French is a plus).
