Presales Consultant.

Presales Consultant
(6076/PC/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and executive support to Senior Management, including communication, scheduling and task coordination.
  • Manage, monitor and organize tender processes (public and private), including data collection, preparation of submission files, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate European programs/projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Technical, Legal) and external institutions.
  • Track timelines, actions and deliverables related to European projects.
  • Handle correspondence, document management, contracts and confidential files.
  • Coordinate meetings with partners and European organizations.
  • Support the preparation and organization of required documentation for contracts, budgets and proposals.
  • Ensure effective flow of information between departments and timely updates to Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Telecommunications company or a Defense Systems/Services company.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing tender procedures (RFP, RFQ, EU tenders).
  • Proven ability to coordinate European projects (H2020, CEF, EDF, ESA, Horizon Europe or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling complex information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
