Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Account Executive – Social Media to join our award-winning team. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a talent for turning insights into actionable strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in social media management, who thrives on analytics, reporting, and optimization, and feels confident leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance performance, streamline workflows, and uncover deeper insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in account & social media management, analytics, and client servicing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, and particular Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client-facing interactions confidently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Native-level fluency in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret platform data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Build strategic, story-driven reports translating metrics into actionable client-ready learnings.
  • Manage and maintain content across multiple social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams to deliver data-informed social media strategies.
  • Foster and manage online communities through authentic engagement and consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor audience sentiment and engagement trends, leveraging insights to refine content and communication strategies.
