About the Role

The Casino Integrations and Content Management Specialist plays a central role in ensuring smooth integration of providers, accurate management of casino game content, and ongoing compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Acting as the bridge between providers, clients, and internal teams, this role combines technical coordination with content oversight, compliance support, and commercial alignment.

The specialist ensures that providers are integrated effectively, content is enabled or disabled in line with agreements, and all compliance requirements are met. They also plan migrations with clients and providers, addressing not only technical execution but also financial reporting and business continuity. A key part of the role is enabling content and monitoring all live operational aspects of providers on client websites, ensuring issues are quickly identified and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Game & Content Management

  • Add, enable, and disable content across operator websites in line with agreements and performance.
  • Confirm with providers where they operate and proactively trigger questions to clients if they would like to enable specific content.
  • Enable content and monitor all live operational aspects of providers being active on websites, quickly addressing any issues.
  • Track provider statuses and monitor integration progress, including additional tools, features, and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to licenses, certifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct regular audits of the game portfolio to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and optimal performance.

2. Integration & Migration Planning

  • Plan and coordinate provider integrations end-to-end.
  • Manage migrations with clients and providers — not only handling technical aspects but also addressing concerns around financial reports and client operations.
  • Monitor live operational performance after integrations are complete, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues as needed.
  • Work with technical, product, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate internally with Account Managers, Compliance, Product, and Business Analysts to align on timelines and responsibilities.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Ensure all game content is compliant with regional licensing and certification requirements.
  • Track and maintain internal records of provider approvals and game certifications.
  • Support the Compliance team in preparing regulatory submissions.
  • Send client lists (including license, country of operation, domain name) for provider approvals and track the approval process.

4. Promotions & Commercial Activities

  • Act as a key contact for receiving and distributing promotional offers from providers.
  • Discuss and plan promotional campaigns with both clients and providers.
  • Proactively inform operators of promotions aligned with market trends.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Account Managers to ensure promotions are executed smoothly and results are tracked.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong coordination and project management skills to manage multiple providers, clients, and integrations.
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate blockers and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical, commercial, and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar task management tools (preferred).
  • Understanding of casino content, provider operations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues quickly.

Goal of the Role:

To ensure all providers are integrated smoothly, casino content is enabled and monitored effectively, migrations are well-planned, compliance is maintained, and promotions are optimized — contributing to the growth of the aggregator and satisfaction of clients.
