Account Executive - Social Media
to join our award-winning team. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a talent for turning insights into actionable strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in social media management, who thrives on analytics, reporting, and optimization, and feels confident leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance performance, streamline workflows, and uncover deeper insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in account & social media management, analytics, and client servicing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, and particular Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Proven experience in working with AI tools and systems is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client-facing interactions confidently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Native-level fluency in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret platform data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and develop optimization recommendations
  • Build strategic, story-driven reports translating metrics into actionable client-ready learnings
  • Manage and maintain content across multiple social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams to deliver data-informed social media strategies
  • Foster and manage online communities through authentic engagement and consistent brand voice
  • Monitor audience sentiment and engagement trends, leveraging insights to refine content and communication strategies
