The Role: Account Director

As an Account Director, you'll be the cornerstone between our clients and our cross-functional teams. You will lead client strategy, champion big ideas, inspire collaboration, and ensure the seamless execution of our work, from brief to applause.

What You'll Do

·      Act as the
primary point of contact
for key clients, nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.

·      Lead the
strategy, ideation, and delivery
of experiential campaigns, from concept through execution.

·      Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs that empower creative and production teams.

·      Drive
collaboration across creative, production, operations
, and third-party partners.

·      Own
timelines, budgets, and presentations
, ensuring we deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

·      Contribute fresh thinking and
proactive solutions
that align with client goals and White Rhino's creative vision.

·      Mentor and guide the
client service team
, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and creativity.

·      Spot opportunities for
growth, upsell, and new business

What We're Looking For

·      3–5+ years of experience in an Account Director role, ideally in Events or BTL agencies.

·      Proven experience managing
complex projects and teams
, with multiple stakeholders.

·      Exceptional
communication and presentation skills
, in both Greek and English.

·      A strategic thinker who can also get into the details.

·      Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets.

·      A collaborative spirit, able to inspire and be inspired.

·      Mastery of tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

·      A natural team leader with a passion for people and ideas.
