
Social Media and Content Management Senior Manager

At DDB, one of the market's leading Advertising Groups with 68 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Senior Social Media Manager that will be part of the future success of the company by helping our clients stand out, finding their unique brand voice. The role collaborates with the Client Service and reports to the Executive Director.

What's your day-to-day
· Develop and manage paid social media strategies that align with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.)
· Design and oversee comprehensive content plans for social media
· Supervise the Social Media & Content team in the daily flow of posts and coordinate production; manage workflow, allocate time and optimize team's effort vs budget
· Plan, build, and optimize full funnel paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
· Analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights using analytical tools
· Partner with creative teams to guide ad asset development and A/B testing
· Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
· Report to Directors with clear performance metrics and strategic insights
· Actively interact with communities on the brands' social networks
· Collaborate with account teams, designers and copywriters to produce quality content
· Monitor and analyze content performance, create reporting dashboards
You must have done this before. We do work for the best and want the best for them. We need you to have 5+ years of experience in this role and we do need you to be able to convert everything you know into effective, impactful pieces of social media content, while overviewing your clients' account portfolio and applying insightful strategy coordination. The more you know, the better.
As a Senior Social Media Manager, we expect you to have:
· Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring & analytics tools
· Deep expertise in Paid social strategy and media buying
· Good knowledge of Budget management and ROAS optimization
· Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and funnel-based marketing
· Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
· Proficient knowledge of content management platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco and share point
· Good knowledge of AI tools that improve the production of valid and curated content
· Ability to manage projects, communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Strong copywriting and creative briefing
· Mentoring and coaching skills for junior colleagues
