We are seeking a highly motivated AP &OPEX Suppliers Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Department, AP &Opex Suppliers team.

Our new colleague in this position, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities, always complying with financial policies and regulations:

  • Manage accounting transactions in SAP
  • Work on the Mydata system in conjunction with SAP
  • Communicate with other departments of the group (buyers esp.) for timely and valid receipt of invoices, including special cases of foreign suppliers
  • Record invoices as well as any kind of expenses
  • Check accounts payable &suppliers ledgers
  • Participate in the selection of due for payment invoices

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from Higher (AEI) or High (A.TEI)
  • Accounting Signature of Class B or above
  • Excellent command of the English language

Professional Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry, Construction, and/or Financial Services
  • Good knowledge and professional experience in Greek Accounting Standards
  • Knowledge and professional experience in IFRS will be considered a plus
  • Good EPR use and knowledge (SAP will be considered a plus)
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions
