Job Overview

We are looking for an 
Entry-Level Assistant Accountant
 to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of handling basic accounting tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing:
     Assist in recording and processing customer and supplier invoices.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
     Support in reconciling bank transactions and monitoring financial records.
  • Fixed Assets:
     Help maintain and update fixed asset registers.
  • myDATA System:
     Assist in income and expense reconciliation in the myDATA platform.
  • Financial Platforms:
     Use and for financial documentation.
  • Payroll Assistance:
     Help prepare Ergani forms and support payroll processes.
  • Account Reconciliation:
     Support reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts.
  • GEMI Submissions:
     Assist in preparing and submitting basic certification forms.
  • Payment Processing:
     Support payroll, supplier payments, and public sector transactions.
  • Epsilon ERP:
     Assist in financial data entry and record-keeping.
  • Invoice Issuance:
     Help in issuing invoices and verifying expense receipts.
  • Document Management:
     Organize and maintain accounting files.

Qualifications

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience:
     No prior experience required; internship or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
     Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with Epsilon ERP is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
     Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

Αναζητούμε έναν 
Entry-Level Βοηθό Λογιστή
 για να υποστηρίξει την οικονομική μας ομάδα στις καθημερινές λογιστικές λειτουργίες. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι πρόθυμος να μάθει, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης βασικών λογιστικών εργασιών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση Τιμολογίων:
     Υποστήριξη στην επεξεργασία και καταγραφή τιμολογίων πελατών/προμηθευτών.
  • Συμφωνία Τραπεζικών Λογαριασμών:
     Συμμετοχή στη συμφωνία τραπεζικών συναλλαγών και παρακολούθηση οικονομικών αρχείων.
  • Διαχείριση Παγίων:
     Υποστήριξη στη συντήρηση και ενημέρωση του μητρώου παγίων.
  • myDATA:
     Συμφωνία εσόδων και εξόδων στο σύστημα myDATA.
  • Χρήση Πλατφορμών:
     Υποστήριξη στη χρήση και για οικονομικές διαδικασίες.
  • Μισθοδοσία:
     Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία εντύπων Εργάνη και υποστήριξη στη μισθοδοσία.
  • Συμφωνία Καρτελών:
     Υποστήριξη στη συμφωνία πελατών και προμηθευτών.
  • Δημιουργία Πιστοποιήσεων ΓΕΜΗ:
     Υποβοήθηση στην υποβολή απλών πιστοποιήσεων.
  • Πληρωμές:
     Διαχείριση πληρωμών μισθοδοσίας, προμηθευτών και Δημοσίου.
  • Epsilon ERP:
     Καταχώρηση οικονομικών δεδομένων και τήρηση λογιστικών αρχείων.
  • Έκδοση Τιμολογίων:
     Υποστήριξη στην έκδοση τιμολογίων και έλεγχο αποδείξεων εξόδων.
  • Διαχείριση Αρχείων:
     Οργάνωση και διατήρηση λογιστικών εγγράφων.

Προσόντα

  • Εκπαίδευση:
     Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή σχετικού αντικειμένου (προτιμάται αλλά δεν απαιτείται).
  • Εμπειρία:
     Δεν απαιτείται προϋπηρεσία. Προηγούμενη πρακτική ή σχετικές σπουδές είναι πλεονέκτημα.
  • Τεχνικές Δεξιότητες:
     Βασικές γνώσεις MS Office (ειδικά Excel). Γνώση Epsilon ERP θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  • Μαλακές Δεξιότητες:
     Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, διάθεση για μάθηση και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
