Rontis Hellas SA, a Greek multinational healthcare company, active in the field of specialty healthcare (R&D, production, international promotion and distribution of pharmaceuticals & medical devices), is seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced:

Procurement Officer

The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, and maintaining accurate procurement records. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Procurement Officer ensures smooth project execution, supports operational efficiency, and upholds quality standards aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifies and evaluate potential suppliers; build and maintain relationships with them.

  • Leads supplier negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms.

  • Manages the full sourcing cycle—from identifying needs to ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Oversees daily purchasing activities and track delivery timelines.

  • Ensures compliance with all internal procurement policies.

  • Prepares monthly procurement reports and maintain accurate supplier data.

  • Works closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Monitors deadlines and keep tasks moving on schedule.

  • Supports internal alignment and coordination in the identification and consolidation of purchase needs across all Rontis functions and locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset for cost analysis and supplier evaluation.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
