Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Maintenance Planning located in the Thessaloniki Metropolitan Area, or remotely after arrangements. The Head of Maintenance Planning will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, maintenance management, and repair activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating maintenance schedules, managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing maintenance processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. The role also involves liaising with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance
  • Strong skills in Maintenance Management and Maintenance
  • Proven Team Management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant industry certifications and a background in aviation maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
