Άμεση θέση εργασίας πλήρους απασχόλησης.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με ευγένεια, φιλικότητα και διακριτικότητα.
  • Διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών άφιξης και αναχώρησης των πελατών.
  • Ενημέρωση του συστήματος διαχείρισης κρατήσεων, έγκαιρα και με συνέπεια.
  • Διαχείριση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου.
  • Διαχείριση του ταμείου
  • Έκδοση / Αποστολή τιμολογίων
  • Εφαρμογή των κανόνων Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας.
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων πελατών με αμεσότητα, ευγένεια και ενημέρωση όλων των τμημάτων των ξενοδοχείων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο στη φιλοξενία/τουρισμό, θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.
  • ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΗ γνώση WEB HOTELIER / PRIMAL / EXTRANET BOOKING
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων/emails.
  • Καλή γνώση Προγραμμάτων Διαχείρισης Κρατήσεων (Booking/extranet/airbnb).
  • Γνώση του προγράμματος PYLON.
  • Ικανότητα στις πωλήσεις
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Ευελιξία για εργασία σε βάρδιες
  • Εξωστρέφεια, φιλικότητα και καλή επικοινωνία
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας χωρίς ανταγωνισμό.
  • Σωστή συνεργασία και ενημέρωση με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα.
  • Επαγγελματισμός
