We are now opening a new gallery in Athens and are looking for a talented and experienced Store Manager speaking English fluently with strong sales and leadership skills to join our growing team.

Ανοίγουμε τώρα μια νέα γκαλερί στην Αθήνα και αναζητούμε έναν/μία ταλαντούχο και έμπειρο/η Store Manager / Υπεύθυνος καταστήματος, με άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, ισχυρές δεξιότητες στις πωλήσεις και την ηγεσία, για να ενταχθεί στην αναπτυσσόμενη ομάδα μας.

Your Mission

- Lead day-to-day store operations with excellence and efficiency

- Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Manage, coach, and train a high-performing sales team

- Ensure a warm, engaging, and premium customer experience

- Organize team schedules, holidays, and performance reviews

- Execute marketing campaigns and corporate promotions

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards

- Prepare reports and communicate regularly with management

- Attend weekly store managers' meetings

Your Profile

- Proven experience in retail, tourism and team leadership / management 

- Strong sales skills with a passion for customer engagement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Organized, autonomous, and proactive mindset

- Fluent in Englishand Greek (other languages are a plus)

- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
