Η εταιρία DPAM, η οποία ιδρύθηκε στη Γαλλία το 1986, αναπτύσσεται στην Κύπρο & στην Ελλάδα από την εταιρία Trade Status Α. Ε, καλύπτοντας τις ανάγκες ένδυσης & υπόδησης των παιδιών από τη γέννησή τους έως και την ηλικία των 14 ετών με ποιοτικές συλλογές παιδικών ρούχων, παπουτσιών και αξεσουάρ.

Αυτή τη στιγμή στην Ελλάδα λειτουργούν 20, ενώ στην Κύπρο λειτουργούν 5 καταστήματα και σε όλο τον κόσμο πλησιάζουν τα 600.

Για τα καταστήματα μας στην Αθήνα αναζητούμε δυναμικούς Store Managers & Assistants Store Managers με πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την ανάπτυξη ομάδων, για να αναλάβει τη διαχείριση του καταστήματος.

Η θέση αναφέρεται στον/στην Area Sales Manager με κύριες αρμόδιότητες:

  • Διασφάλιση της ορθής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.
  • Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία των καθημερινών στόχων της ομάδας.
  • Παρακολούθηση των πωλήσεων και των εταιρικών δεικτών απόδοσης.
  • Παρακολούθηση και υιοθέτηση των προτύπων του Visual Merchandising ανά προϊόν.
  • Διαχείριση του αποθέματος και των εμπορευμάτων.
  • Καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας.
  • Άριστη, επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Τουλάχιστον 2-4 χρόνια εμπειρίας στο χώρο της λιανικής σε αντίστοιχη θέση με ευθύνη ομάδας.
  • Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες και επιχειρηματικό προσανατολισμό.
  • Δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης και παρακίνησης της ομάδας, με στόχο την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση και ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης H/Y.
