This is a full-time remote role for a Hospitality & Restaurant ERP Consultant at SSPC - Software Solution P.C. The Hospitality & Restaurant ERP Consultant will be responsible for leading ERP implementations, analyzing business processes, and ensuring smooth integration of ERP systems in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Daily tasks include gathering client requirements, configuring ERP software to meet business needs, providing training to users, and offering ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Restaurant Industry knowledge
  • Hospitality Industry Knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • Experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Business Processes
  • Understanding of Finance in relation to ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in ERP software implementation and customization
