Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates a schedule of necessary tasks for the pre-opening, supervises execution, and makes corrective actions if needed.
  • Welcomes guests, performs check-ins according to resort standards and guide them to their apartment.
  • Communicates daily with guests, addresses issues, and fulfills requests.
  • Conducts check-outs and gathers feedback on the guest experience.
  • Performs administrative tasks like day-end closing, invoicing, filing documents, and updating internal systems.
  • Coordinates the receipt of materials and services in collaboration with the Procurement department.
  • Participates in the selection of staff in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Organizes and conducts staff training sessions.
  • Ensures compliance with the group's Policies & Procedures, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Reports incidents and issues to Management and the relevant departments, according to procedures.
  • Collaborates with the resort's Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a Higher Education Institution with a focus on Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in PMS PROTEL is a mandatory requirement.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems.
  • Knowledge of the OPERA software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written).
