As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit experienced and motivated
General Managers for Resorts
to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece's most iconic destinations -
Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.
The General Manager is responsible for leading a resort's operational strategy, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of resort management, staff leadership, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personal interaction and effective service delivery from all departments
  • Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals while maintaining focus on cost controls
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and effective management team
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with resort policies and standards
  • Prepare and review operating reports and financial statements, providing insight and direction for improvement
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance the resort's presence and attract new guests
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business
  • Maintain the resort's facilities and grounds to the highest standards
  • Ensure all department managers are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management or a related role
  • Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of revenue management techniques and practices
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
