Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαία εταιρεία στον τομέα των τεχνολογικών προϊόντων, αναζητά έναν/μία Credit Operations Associate.

Τοποθεσία: Νέο Ηράκλειο, Αθήνα

Μοντέλο εργασίας: Υβριδικό, Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή πρωινό ωράριο

Σύμβαση: 6μηνη με προοπτική ανανέωσης

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Παρακολούθηση και καταγραφή των τραπεζικών κινήσεων στους λογαριασμούς όψεως
  • Ταυτοποίηση των εισερχόμενων πληρωμών και αντιστοίχισή τους με τις αντίστοιχες οφειλές πελατών
  • Εξόφληση δόσεων μέσω ERP συστήματος και ενημέρωση των σχετικών καρτελών πελατών
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Οικονομικών και Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών για την επίλυση διαφορών ή μη ταυτοποιημένων πληρωμών
  • Διασφάλιση της ορθής τήρησης διαδικασιών και αρχείων, εξασφαλίζοντας πλήρη ιχνηλασιμότητα των συναλλαγών

Τι αναζητάμε:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή σε παρεμφερές πεδίο 
  • 1–3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε οικονομικό ή λογιστικό τμήμα (εμπειρία σε τραπεζικές συναλλαγές θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
  • Γνώση χειρισμού ERP συστημάτων
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης έργων (project management)
