Optasia is seeking a highly motivated Strategy Manager to support the Chief Strategy Officer in driving forward critical initiatives that shape the company's direction and growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute at the heart of a dynamic fintech that operates with a clear and powerful vision: to empower financial access for a more inclusive world.
As Strategy Manager, you'll combine analytical strength with purpose-driven thinking. You'll work across teams, transform insights into actions, and help steer projects that deliver real value—both to the business and to the communities we serve.

What you will do

• Drive strategic planning cycles and support the CSO in aligning leadership and teams around key priorities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of markets, competitors, and business opportunities
• Track and report on key performance indicators; create dashboards to support data-led decisions
• Prepare compelling, executive-ready materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and support strategic projects across the business—from concept to execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear alignment between strategic priorities and delivery
• Strengthen internal governance by supporting frameworks that ensure clarity, accountability, and scalability
• Operate as a trusted thought partner who brings structure, insight, and energy to strategic conversations

What you will bring

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent business judgment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Professional-level fluency in English
• Passionate about technology and its power to drive transformation
