Unifrec, a prominent player in the Greek freight forwarding industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Executive Team. A salesperson plays a crucial role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Focus on retaining customers by offering consistent, high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and develop customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals based on customer needs.
  • Work closely with internal departments (such as pricing & operations teams) to develop and meet clients tailor made needs.
  • Explore new opportunities for market expansion.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for freight forwarding, including air, sea, and road transportation, warehousing, and customs services.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Degree from a Higher Educational Institution (Greece or abroad).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal Qualities:

  • Dynamic, ambitious, and hardworking.
  • Team player with a high level of consistency and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.
