Spare Parts Sales Coordinator – Marine Services

Η Maritech Hellas (est δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο των τεχνικών υπηρεσιών και επισκευών στη ναυτιλία, με έδρα τον Πειραιά και διεθνή παρουσία. Ενισχύουμε το Commercial Department με εξειδικευμένο στέλεχος που θα αναλάβει τον τομέα Marine Spare Parts Sales & Account Coordination, με ευθύνη για το end-to-end sales cycle και τη διαχείριση πελατειακών σχέσεων μέσω CRM.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών (RFQ) και δημιουργία προσφορών.
  • Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών από RFQ-to-Quote έως Order Execution, Logistics & Invoicing.
  • Συντονισμός forwarding & logistics follow-up σε συνεργασία με Supply Chain.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες (γραπτή & προφορική) για προσφορές, παραγγελίες και τεχνική υποστήριξη.
  • Χρήση ERP (SAP ή ισοδύναμο) για την εκτέλεση και παρακολούθηση κύκλου πωλήσεων.
  • Καθημερινή χρήση CRM για monitoring, reporting και follow-up (account control).
  • Συνεργασία με την Εμπορική Διεύθυνση και τους Technical Advisors για την επίτευξη στόχων.
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση πελατειακών λογαριασμών (ship managers, operators).

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή τεχνικής σχολής (προτίμηση σε Μηχανολογία, Ναυτιλιακές Σπουδές ή συναφή κατεύθυνση).
  • Εμπειρία 3–5 ετών σε Spare Parts / Sales σε ναυτιλιακό ή βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον.
  • Καλή γνώση ανταλλακτικών & τεχνικών συστημάτων.
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP (SAP ή ισοδύναμο) και CRM εργαλεία.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτή & προφορική).
  • Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης στόχων.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, επαγγελματισμός, αυτονομία και accountability.
