We are seeking highly motivated IT Reporting Senior Manager to join our team in Marousi.

As an IT Reporting Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic bridge between Operations and IT, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into meaningful reports and dashboards. You will collaborate across functions, mentor reporting analysts, and ensure our business intelligence tools deliver accurate, timely insights aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Business Units) to gather data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that support operational KPIs, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead the standardization and documentation of reporting processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on reporting tools and business intelligence systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ERP), guiding team members and stakeholders in best practices.
• Mentor and support reporting analysts by enhancing their technical skills and business understanding.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization through advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Serve as a technical resource for teams in selecting and implementing data visualization solutions.
• Ensure reports align with business goals and support logistics operations, customer service, supply chain efficiency, and overall performance improvement.
• Lead or support change management efforts related to reporting transformations and digital initiatives.
• May manage or coordinate reporting work across matrix teams and potentially lead a small internal team.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and business KPIs.
• Familiarity with logistics ERP systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) and an understanding of supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with process improvement, reporting automation, and documentation of reporting standards.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence—ideally in logistics, transportation, or a related operational field.
