Senior Program Manager – Wireless ICs / IoT

Location: Athens, Hybrid

Are you passionate about driving complex semiconductor programs that shape the future of wireless connectivity? We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our client's Wireless IoT business unit, leading programs within a cutting-edge Hardware Radio team developing next-generation wireless transceiver IP for Wi-Fi and beyond.

About the Role

As Senior Program Manager, you'll be the central point of leadership, ensuring seamless execution of multiple programs from concept to delivery. You will define project roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones. This is a highly visible role requiring both strong technical understanding and proven program management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple complex programs, from planning through execution.
  • Define and maintain plans of record: schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion in close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Anticipate and manage program risks; maintain and update a risk tracker with mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication across global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and leadership, presenting program status and strategic updates.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
  • 5+ years' experience in Program Management within semiconductors, IC design, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong skills in program management tools (dashboards, Gantt charts, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Background in wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, UWB, etc.).
  • Understanding of telecommunication ICs, RF systems, or SoC design flows.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexible, proactive, and dynamic mindset.
