Supplier Services Representative (12 months contract with the possibility of renewal)
 

Under guidance, manages and administers the daily relationship with data suppliers. The candidate will be an active member of a team focused on regularly visiting pharmacies to build and strengthen relationships with the pharmacy panel.
 

Essential Functions

  • Maintains strong relationships with pharmacies in the company's panel, manages the renewal process and oversees the receipt of invoices from pharmacists.

  • Monitors the pharmacy panel's compliance with company's procedures and recruits additional pharmacies to meet the target panel coverage.

  • Conducts regular visits to pharmacies within the assigned region, performing inventory assessments through a universe study, ensuring accurate data collection.

  • Maintains accurate records of data suppliers and related information.

  • Manage and resolve potential issues with pharmacies, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.

  • Provide support for online reporting processes and guidance on service offerings and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-3 years of prior relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.

  • Politeness, patience, and professionalism

  • Daily visits to pharmacies in Athens, with the ability to travel 40-50% of the time to other areas in Greece, including Central and Northern Greece and Islands.

  • Driving License
