Dispatcher / Driver Support Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, quick-thinking Dispatcher to monitor and support
a fleet of drivers in the United States in real time
. You'll be the first point of contact for on-road assistance, ensuring drivers stay connected, safe, and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Support:
Monitor driver activity during shifts, verify they are online and operating in the platform, and provide immediate assistance when needed.Emergency Response:
Act as first line of communication for accidents, breakdowns, or other incidents, coordinating help and escalating issues when appropriate.Tech Troubleshooting:
Guide drivers through basic app or hardware troubleshooting (e.g., login problems, GPS issues) and escalate persistent technical problems to the IT team.Communication & Reporting:
Keep clear records of incidents, outages, and driver status changes. Communicate updates promptly to management and other departments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or a fast-paced customer support role preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable with technology—Android, Google Maps, and fleet-management systems.
Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
