Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the main point of contact for customers across multiple channels. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customers feel supported and confident from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via chat, email, and phone with general inquiries

  • Assist with questions related to accounts, services, and usage

  • Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers step by step

  • Resolve issues using a calm, professional, and solution-focused approach

  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems

  • Identify complex or urgent cases and escalate when necessary

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
