Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Inform customers about product features and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service efficiency.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and market trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills are beneficial.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate in a team setting.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to relocate to Athens and immerse yourself in Greek culture
