In this role, you will interact with our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Your communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in making a positive impact
Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed information about our services.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service processes.
- Engage in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and enhance service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
