In this role, you will act as a liaison between our company and our valued customers, ensuring they receive the support and solutions they need. Your dedication to assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction will be key to our success
Your Responsibilities- Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and offer knowledgeable information about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions for continued professional development.
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
